Congratulations Winners!
Congratulations to all the winners of the Sprayregen Foundation "Search for Creativity" contest.  The students were presented with their prizes at the Board of Education on Monday morning by Mr. G Sparyregen himself.  The winners each took home a personally autographed copy of his most recently published book on photos and poetry " The Unlikely Poet"  and won a variety of apple products and canon products.  Read more...

Diana Cherian and Lesia Kaszczak accompanied 13 of our students to the ACE(architecture, construction and engineering) presentation in NYC. Our team was 1 of 8 teams presenting and they did a fantastic job. Three of our seniors were also awarded scholarships:

Cornell Kindergarten Students Upcycle Grocery Bags

Mrs. Kerri Vanadia's Kindergarten class helped a local ShopRite go green for Earth Day by upcycling paper bags into works of art.




Cross Hill Students Plant Arbor Day Tree

With a little help from some special friends, Cross Hill Academy 2nd graders followed the footsteps of generations before them, and planted a tree at neighboring Lohrfink Park.




Education and Determination Keys to Success

Both boys and girls at Westchester Hills School 29 will be writing future chapters of Women's History Month, inspired by women who are writing their own chapters now.




Cedar Place Students Embrace Native American Culture

With characteristic gusto, Cedar Place 4th graders embraced Native American culture while learning valuable English Language Arts (ELA) and Social Studies skills this month during an exciting, hands-on art based after school program.
